Monica has over 15 years successful experience in marketing, corporate communications, sales, and event planning. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communications and Public Address. Most recently in Charlotte, she had a successful run as Publisher of Senior Living Resource magazine and special marketing consultant for Home Instead Senior Care. She has had professional training from the Nordstrom School of Customer Service Imperatives and The Disney Institute of Quality Customer Service.
