BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Don Olin is the co-owner of Olin Strategic Partners. From 2003-2013, Don was the co-owner and president of Partners In Care of the Carolinas, which grew into the Central Carolinas’ premiere in-home senior care company and was honored with North Carolina’s Family Business of the Year Award by Wake Forest University. For the prior three decades, Don was a recognized leader in the food brokerage industry. In addition to his role on the Board of Directors of The Ivey, Don has also been involved in a number of non-profit organizations, including as the Chair of the Board of Directors of Opportunity Plus, the Charlotte Chamber Health Services Council Advisory Group, as well as the Sponsor Chair position for the Alzheimer’s Association Memory Walk.
Suzanne E. Harley works in Wells Fargo’s Human Resources division as an Employee Relations Senior Consultant. She has held several roles in Human Resources during her almost 20 years with Wells Fargo. Prior to Wells Fargo, Suzanne worked in the Human Resources department at Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools. Suzanne is from Greenville, South Carolina but has lived in Charlotte since 1987 – which she believes qualifies her for “native Charlottean” status. She graduated from Clemson University and received her MBA and JD degrees from the University of South Carolina. In addition to serving on The Ivey’s Board of Directors, Suzanne is Chair of the Personnel Committee at South Mecklenburg Presbyterian Church. Having had a father who developed non-Alzheimer’s dementia, Suzanne has a keen interest in Alzheimer’s research and treatment.
Glenn Grossman is an experienced product manager and service innovator. He has worked with large financial institutions, high-tech innovators and start-up organizations. Glenn contributes to the mission of The Ivey by sharing his experience with large and small organizations where he has developed solutions to deliver growth and improved customer service. He currently serves as a Principal Consultant with FICO where he supports banks globally with innovative deposit solutions. Glenn has also developed technology solutions for the senior care industry to improve family communication with senior care providers.
Mindy Miralia is an Author, Consciousness Educator, Change Agent and Speaker who holds a BS in biology from the University of Houston and an MBA in finance from the University of Colorado. She paved the way for women in international business in the early eighties with assignments in Singapore and Dubai. With her extensive international experience and responsibilities, she quickly became a pivotal player in mergers and acquisitions during the years of financial services consolidations and, in her positions in Charlotte, she played an integral role as the city became the second largest banking center in the nation. Soon after arriving in Charlotte, Mindy’s husband left unexplainably, and she later learned that her former spouse had early-onset Alzheimer’s. She has since become a practitioner of energy medicine, holding certification from the National Institute for the Clinical Application of Behavioral Medicine in Navigating the Soul’s Journey. Mindy is also a certified Spiritual Counselor, and is certified in numerous healing systems, including Reiki, Medical Reiki™, ThetaHealing, and Reconnective Healing.
